St. Gregory Diploma School of Pastoral Music is intended to train, equip, and certify musiciansm choristers & choirmasters as music directors of chruches, schools, seminars, convents with music, pastoral, theological qualifications & experiences.

The Diploma program is coordinated by Very Rev. Fr. Peter Osuntope, the Director of Lagos Archdiocesan Music Commision (LAMCOM) in affliation with Augustine University, Ilara Epe, Lagos Nigeria. Rev. Fr. Peter Osuntope is a Canadian-trained musicologist with master’s degree in sacred music (MSM) from Emmanuel College of Victoria University in the University of Toronto.

The St. Gregory Diploma School of Pastoral Music proudly maintains an academic partnership with Augustine University, Ilara-Epe, for the Diploma in Sacred (Pastoral) Music Program.
Through this affiliation, our curriculum meets university-level academic standards, combining musical excellence, theological depth, and pastoral formation. The partnership ensures that graduates receive a recognized and accredited diploma, opening opportunities for direct entry into higher music programs in Nigeria and abroad.
